Format
This presentation provides a general overview of the laws governing pharmacy technicians and interns. This class will discuss the two types of technicians as well as the duties that each is able to perform in the pharmacy setting. The program will also review the requirements of pharmacy interns, the duties they may perform, and the requirements to be a pharmacist preceptor. Finally, this course will look at the liabilities technicians and interns may face while working in pharmacy.
