Format

This CE activity will review the Federal and state sources of Texas pharmacy law, including a delineation of what each source provides. An overview of the Texas Board of Pharmacy, its makeup, powers, and duties is provided to familiarize Texas pharmacists with the agency responsible for the licensing of individuals and regulation of pharmacy practice in the state of Texas.
