Fatima Khaja, PharmD, Ph.D., is an adjunct assistant professor in the department of pharmaceutical sciences at the college of pharmacy, university of Illinois at Chicago. She is also an ambulatory care clinical pharmacist specializing in diabetes management, practicing in free and charitable clinics in Illinois and Florida.
