Jonathan Hughes, PharmD, BCPS, BCACP, is an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist Specialist at the Saint Louise Family Medicine Center in Murfreesboro, TN. He is also an Assistant Professor for the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, holding joint appointments with the Department of Clinical Pharmacy, College of Pharmacy, and the Department of Clinical Medical Education, College of Medicine.
