Julie is a graduate of the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy and completed her residency at the Carl T. Hayden VA in Phoenix, Arizona where she currently resides. Julie has 22 years of clinical pharmacy practice experience in adult acute care medicine with an emphasis in geriatrics and palliative care. Julie has lobbied for the advancement of pharmacy practice locally and nationally and was the founding President for the Society of Pain and Palliative Care Pharmacists.
