Renews biennially on even years. Half of the credits required have to be completed each year for the two year reporting term.

If a pharmacist works in collaborative practice, five (5) ADDITIONAL hours related to a specific, collaborative drug therapy management agreement must be completed.

If a pharmacist is an immunizing pharmacist, one (1) hour of immunizations CE must be completed each year.

If a pharmacist works in sterile compounding, five (5) hours of sterile compounding CE must be completed each year.

If a pharmacist works in non-sterile compounding, three (3) hours of non-sterile compounding CE must be completed each year.

No CE Requirements. PTCB if applicable. License renews biennially and renewals are based on the first licensure year. Renews on birth date, odd/even year based on first license. Effective January 1, 2021, all qualified pharmacy personnel who administer vaccines must obtain at least 2 hours of ACPE-approved, immunization-related continuing pharmacy education every 2 years.
